Upon project completion and full payment, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables as specified in their project agreement. Third-party tools, libraries, and platforms remain under their respective licenses.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely information needed for project delivery
- Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule
- Maintain their own accounts, hosting, and third-party services unless managed by us
5. Limitation of Liability
Highstate provides services on a reasonable-effort basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from the use of our website or services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
6. No Warranty
While we strive for quality and accuracy, our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, search engine rankings, or third-party platform performance.
7. Payment Terms
Project pricing, payment milestones, and methods are specified in individual project agreements. Invoices are due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur additional charges.
8. Cancellation
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date is billable. Deposits for work not yet started are refundable minus administrative costs.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Athens, Greece, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
